Need a Fire Risk Assessment?

Anyone responsible for a building is legally required under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to ensure a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment is undertaken by a competent person.

Get a Quote

Get in touch for a quotation through the Contact area of the website. I can be reached by email, WhatsApp or telephone and will get back to you quickly and we can discuss your requirements and how to get started.

Building Assessed

Once you’re happy with the quotation, I’ll get a date booked in to come and conduct the fire risk assessment. Depending on the size and complexity of the building, this could take a couple of hours to a couple of days.

On The Day

I will meet with the Responsible Person to discuss fire safety management of the premises in addition to the passive and active fire safety provisions already in place. After viewing relevant documentation and inspecting the site, I can assess the level of risk.

What Happens Next?

I will then create a detailed report of all findings (including those which are compliant) and create a plan for any remedial actions. This will be emailed to you within 7 working days.

Here to Help

After you’ve received the report, I’ll be on hand to help with your building compliance every step of the way. I can answer any queries you may have about what you need to do next or explain any findings you didn’t understand.

Why choose me?

Sick of ringing a regional number only to be put on hold, held in a queue (after selecting a host of options) or farmed out to a subcontracted firm? Me too. When you contact Vesta Fire, you’ll speak to me directly. I am a qualified Fire Risk Assessor and Fire Door Inspector (and Building Surveyor, but that’s another story!) who will be your point of contact throughout. It’ll be me booking you in, me conducting the inspection, me writing the reports and me who will be available to talk you through my findings and what you need to do next.

As Vesta, I work alone, but I also have close colleagues in the fire service, including acting enforcement officers – so I always chat things through with them to make sure my advice is the best it can be.

Accreditations

I hold the following key accreditations. I’m committed to continuous professional development within the fire safety sector. I’m currently studying a Level 5 Diploma in Fire Engineering Design.
